It is very hard to pick one. There are different reasons in different parts of the world why there is no peace. Iraq I feel is greed and money. Now the US is bombing in Pakistan, they were our ally. I have friends there who are telling me about it-it is horrible. There are so many other places with no peace-what has happened to us?
Can we change the world?
Definitely
More about me
What to say? 57 years old, feel younger, finally told my grown kids about my wild early days taking acid in San Francisco and going to Dead Shows at Winterland. LOL I protested the Nam war, I have firends who died and some who came back and are fucked up. I still have hope that somehow the people on this planet will get it someday. I feel my generation really tried to let people know there was a different way. I love the fact that I was there during that time and all the things I experienced; So now I have raised kids, don't party as much LOL (still like the ganja) but I am ill and cannot work anymore. Someone asked me today what made you get sick? I don't know-I have lupus and severe fibromyalgia and lost my job, a job i loved, because of this illness. My like has slowed down alot and I can breathe and feel peace. But, I have passion about what is going on iin the world. Throught the net, I have met people all over the world and get to talk to them about was and peace and their culture and the poverty. We don't hear alot of the things they tell me. It just does not get published in our news. I have sometimes seen on Democracy Now some of it, but we don't have free press anymore. Thank god for the net and being able to communicate directly with people who need help and to understand their cultures.
